understand that the Warm Welcome team is building customizable CTAs and perhaps a conditional logic video form
it would be great if we can start with a "warm welcome" when visitors click on the widget. and based on their responses or actions, they then reach a stage where they can click on a button (in Warm Welcome) and boei pops out to let the visitor select his preferred communication channel

Thanks for your idea! I have added it to Boei’s wishlist. New integrations and features are being planned and built from that wishlist. I will look at the number of votes an idea have and prioritize based on that. You will get automatic emails to keep up to date about the progress 😀
